Madina Alifova

Mrs. Madina Alifova has been a valued member of NISL since 2010, starting as a Pre-K 2 teacher before discovering her passion for caring for infants. She transitioned to the role of Infant and Toddler teacher, where her dedication to creating a nurturing and safe environment has supported the overall development of young children. Fluent in Turkish, Russian, Uzbek, and English, Mrs. Alifova brings a multicultural perspective to her work and has received extensive training in Early Childhood Education. Her excellence in teaching has been recognized with the Teacher of the Year award for the 2013-2014, 2017-2018, and 2018-2019 school years. Known affectionately as a “second mother” by her students, she fosters strong, lasting connections with each child in her care. In August 2019, Mrs. Alifova joined the administration as the Assistant Director of Green Tree Academy, further expanding her impact on the school community.
