Shaimaa Zaidan

Mrs. Shaimaa Zaidan, originally from Baghdad, Iraq, is a devoted mother of five and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Language. Fluent in Arabic and English, she first joined Nur Islamic School of Louisville from 2015 to 2018 as a substitute and Pre-K 2 teacher. Her love for the school’s diverse and dynamic environment, where learning and connecting with others is a continuous journey, inspired her to rejoin the school in 2023 as an Assistant Cook. Mrs. Zaidan brings her dedication and enthusiasm to every role she undertakes, contributing to the vibrant community at Nur Islamic School.
